After 10 years of loyal service, Mary Lindgren has decided to sell the Green Man pub in Thriplow. She has offered it to the village to be run by a community organisation.

We think it’s important to retain the best bits of our pub but to move it forward to better times. There are plenty of ideas!

We have been considering how the community can best take control of the pub and we’d like to explain our thoughts to you, answer your questions and get help from those of you who can provide it.

Please come to a public meeting in Thriplow Village Hall on Monday 30th January 2012, starting at 7.30pm to hear all about it.
