The annual Fowlmere and Thriplow Sloe Gin Competition will be held at The Green Man on the evening of 27th December. It is possible to enter Sloe Gins and other berry derived alcopops in the competition, and it is quite likely that once the judges have finished their tasting, there will be surplus product available for general sampling!

I'm told that there are two prizes, one for this year's produce and one for any earlier vintage. I'm sure they will be worth winning!

I have been told that there is still plenty of time in which to pick your berries and make you gin. Please feel welcome to enter your produce or simply come along and enjoy the evening.
