  6. Financial Matters 6.1 To receive: Treasurer’s Report 6.2 To approve: Adoption of Accounts for year ended 31st December 2011 6.3 To appoint: Examiner of the Accounts for year ended 31st December 2012
  7. Premises Manager’s Report
  8. Appointments to the Management Committee 2013 – 2014 8.1 To note the appointment of nominees from eligible organisations 8.2 To report: vacancies 8.3 To elect: 2 persons to the Committee 8.4 To note: the Committee has powers to co-opt up to 2 more members
  9. Any other business notice of which has been given to the Chairman at least 24 hours in advance.

Copies of the Minutes of the last AGM will be available at the meeting or can be requested from Martin Arthur, Secretary, in advance.

Following the above meeting there will be a short meeting of the new committee

  1. To elect Officers.
  2. To consider dates for the quarterly meetings. Suggested in April, July, October and January.
