A Unique Musical Cabaret Evening
On Saturday June 7th, Zero Gravity, Cambridge’s recorder band will visit Thriplow for an evening of original music from ancient to modern and including an exciting first performance. The line up includes the full recorder range from the tiny sopranino, to the 6ft tall contra bass. Vic Morris, late of this parish, will be playing his “big one” and will also debut on the world’s largest SQUARE recorder. Yes really. You need to see it, to believe it.
Also featuring some new arrangements of old favourites for Theremin and recorder band there’ll be plenty to entertain and amaze you.
And of course the bar will be open all evening, so sit back, sip your drink and enjoy a wonderful village event. It may be a while before Zero Gravity can fit Thriplow in to their busy concert schedule again, so be sure not to miss it :)
The music starts at 8pm and tickets are available on the door or from the village shop
