Changes to street lighting in Thriplow village ward.

To allay any confusion regarding the recent leaflet drop by Balfour Beatty.

The only lights affected are at the Gravel Pit Hill / Church St and Fowlmere Rd / Lodge Rd junctions. These are Cambridgeshire County Council owned, all other columns are either Parish Council or SCDC owned and are NOT affected.

The works are to replace the existing with more energy efficient lanterns (there may be some re-siting of signage)
