Daffodil Weekend Tea Room Rotas, Cakes and Sandwiches

Thank you to all those who have already volunteered to help serve teas and/or bake cakes. If you can spare some time to help serve teas, please call into the village shop as soon as possible, to sign up on the rota. At the time of writing, the following spaces were available:

Saturday 16th April, Village Hall
One space available - 12 to 3 pm

Sunday 17th April, Village Hall
Spaces available as follows:
10.30 – 1
10.30 – 1 (Tills)
12 – 3
1 – 3 (Tills)
3 – 5 (Tills)
2 – 4.30

Cakes

Cakes can be dropped off at the Village Hall on Friday (15th) 3-6 pm or Saturday/Sunday 8-10 am.

Could all bakers remember to label their cakes (e.g. type, gluten free, contains nuts etc) - a little ‘flag’ on a cocktail stick will be fine. Please label any plates or trays too, so they can easily be returned to their rightful owner. Any items not collected by the Sunday evening will be left at the village shop for a short while.

Sandwiches

Katie Hilton is organising the sandwich making teams again this year. Please get in touch with Katie (wildwoodbss@PROTECTED) if you can spare an hour on either the Friday or Saturday. Aprons, gloves and silly hats will be provided!

Sandwich making is at Thriplow School Hall, on: Friday 15th April at 4 pm
Saturday 16th April at 5.30 pm
