Hello everyone

Just to let you know what’s going on in the pub this weekend… you may well be in need of refreshment!

Friday (today) open for food and drink as normal until 11pm.

On Saturday the pub will be open 11am-11pm. The food will be our famous BBQ pulled pork, served from the pulled pork shack out front during the day, and from inside the pub during the evening.

If you can’t face cooking on Saturday Night then pop down to the pub for a pint of Thriplow Blonde and some delicious pulled pork. No booking necessary, just pitch up and grab a seat.

Sunday the pub will be open from 12 noon until whenever you lot have finished your chilli and beers, we estimate about 9pm.

The pub will be shut on Monday & also on Tuesday as we will have a lot of cleaning up to do, and I hope you’ll agree that our lovely staff will deserve a proper rest… so come get your fill of beer and wine before then.

On another note, (if you are able to look beyond Daffodil Weekend) we still have the last few tickets remaining for our exciting champagne and matched food evening taking place on Wednesday 18 May at 7:30pm. A glass of champagne on arrival, then 3 further champagnes matched with 3 courses of delicious food. £75 per head. The event will be hosted by Corney & Barrow.
