Hi everyone.

This is the new format for the village email.  We needed to upgrade to the current version of the software in order to ensure security and Thriplow Parish Council approved £35 for this to be done, big thanks to them for that cash.  It will take us a little time to get used to the new format but it is better, for example, I can now put text in bold, underline or different sizes, something which wasn't possible before.  I hope you get used to it....

Now, on Saturday and Sunday, anyone from the local villages who uses the shop will be best advised to come and do their shopping before 10am.  Not only will it be easier to get your car round to the shop but you won't have to wait in a queue of Weekend visitors.  Please advise us if you wish to cancel your newspapers for the weekend (call 208958).

As a reminder, we will only keep your reserved newspapers until 11am unless you have asked us to keep till collected, ie we save it and you pay even if you don't collect it on the day.

We will be open each day until about 5pm.  Normal service and hours will be resumed on Monday morning.
