Halloween is almost upon us. It doesn’t do a lot for me to be fair but I recognise that very young children enjoy it. However some of those slightly older (young teenagers and above) may see it as an excuse for some anti-social behaviour that they perceive to be fun but can have a negative effect on some residents. I have attached a couple of posters that may be useful for local shops, community centres and even individuals. In fact, if you could share them with anyone who you think would benefit from these, please feel free to do so.
