Pick up your free bag of bulbs and planting instructions from the shop now!

Hi all,

Our village is famous for the beautiful display of daffodils we have in the spring. We want next year to be even better than ever.

Pick up a free bag of bulbs from the shop to plant in your garden. In exchange can you please plant a few of them on the verge near your house (or somewhere else you think they would look nice in the village).

Please feel free to plant more than one bag if you want – the more the better! There are approximately 35 bulbs in each bag and you can choose from three varieties:

· Scarlett O’Hara - golden yellow petals surrounding a large red cup

· Ice Follies – creamy-white with a flat crown that opens yellow but soon turns white

· Best Seller – A pale yellow daffodil of fantastic form and substance

The next few weeks is the perfect time for bulb planting (as anyone who watched Gardeners World will know). Please get involved and have fun planting.
