Dear Everyone,

Last week was a great success for the pub and we thoroughly enjoyed serving everyone of you who came down to meet the team, and to test out the new menu.

Again, we would all like to say a big, big, big thank you. We are overwhelmed with the response and support that we received this past week and I am truly grateful for it, so thank you.

The feedback we're getting from the menu has been extremely positive and we are still keen to keep it how it is, yet start offering a few specials every week to keep people interested. We will be offering a fish menu, which will be available every day, and will offer at least four fish options which will be ordered in fresh every morning.

Unfortunately, due to unseen circumstances our coffee machine is still not ready for latte's/espresso's etc. We are trying our hardest to fix this and hopefully it'll be ready by the end of the week.

We are still looking for a 2nd chef to aid in the kitchen, so if anybody knows of any one it'd be much appreciated!
