Daffodil weekend open meeting – new date

The Daffodil Weekend open meeting will now take place on Wednesday 9th July at 8pm in the village hall – note this is a change from the previously published date of 25th June

At the meeting the Committee and Trust will report on this year’s event. Grants will be presented to village organisations and 2014’s external charity Home Start (Royston and South Cambridgeshire).

The Open Meeting is an opportunity for you to provide feedback and suggestions for improvements to the annual Daffodil Weekend. It is also a chance for anyone interested in becoming more involved to chat with committee/trust members. All are welcome!

Village barbeque – September

Due to previous diary commitments amongst the organisers and volunteers, the traditional BBQ will not take place in June this year. An alternative date around September for a revamped village event is under discussion and will be announced shortly.
