THE GREAT BIG BANK HOLIDAY BRUNCH: Monday 4th & Monday 25th May

For two days only, forget being people who ‘Lunch’… we are excited to bring Thriplow the opportunity to ‘Brunch’.

It is a well known fact that our Chris makes the best hollandaise sauce south of the Clyde… combined with your choice of Scottish smoked salmon, honey glazed ham, or wilted spinach, a proper English muffin, and of course two perfectly poached eggs, you will be in heaven...

… and that’s before we have even told you about the bucks fizz, the fresh made fruit smoothies or the ‘build your own’ Bloody Mary bar. Trust us, you won’t want to miss this.

Brunch is a Bank Holiday special, available 12-4pm on Monday 4th May & Monday 25th May only.

Meet Pablo Cuneo of Bodega Ruca Malen, Argentina, eat, drink & hear the stories behind each sensational bottle

MAY BANK HOLIDAY WEEKEND: 02-04 MAY 2015

The Green Man just loves a long weekend. What could be better than 3 days of glorious holiday, with bucket loads of sunshine, food and drink on the cards.

Sounds wicked. So what's the plan?

Bank Holiday Saturday: Food service 12 noon - 10pm. A la carte menu and tapas available.

Bank Holiday Sunday: Roast dinners and tapas served 12 noon until 8pm. Late night opening, the pub is open until 10:00pm.

Bank Holiday Monday: The Great Big Bank Holiday Brunch. A fab range of brunch dishes from the Thriplow full English, eggs benedict, royale & florentine to granola and fresh fruit.

I hope you will understand that we will be closed Tuesday 5th May due to being open on Monday 4th.

MAY BANK HOLIDAY WEEKEND: 23-25 MAY 2015

Two long weekends in one month! Oh yeah!

So we are thinking sunshine, Pimms and live music.... are you with us or what?

Bank Holiday Saturday: Food service 12 noon - 10pm. A la carte menu and tapas available.

Live Music: As part of the May bank holiday festivities local band Special Groove are booked to play a high energy live set at The Green Man on Saturday 23 May 2015. With an impressive repertoire of soul, funk and disco classics on the set list, be prepared to dance the night away.

You simply haven’t lived until you’ve seen Diane shake it on the dance floor to Mustang Sally… so come and join the party.

Live music 8-10pm. The Green Man is open until 11pm.

Bank Holiday Sunday: Roast dinners and tapas served 12 noon until 8pm. Late night opening, the pub is open until 10:00pm.

Bank Holiday Monday: The Great Big Bank Holiday Brunch.

The kitchen will be open 12 noon until 4pm, and the bar shall remain open until 5pm. Book your table today.

Tuesday 26th May we will open from 5pm for the Quiz. We will be closed during the day.
