Hello everyone

I'm sorry to say that our shop computer disk crashed this morning and it appears the computer cannot be restarted. The service people will fix it but this might take until tomorrow to do so. If that is the case, we will not open the shop tomorrow (Saturday). We apologise for that.

Hopefully, everything can be fixed today but we don't yet know when the service engineer will come, although the service manager just called me to say they hoped to be with us by 6pm tonight.

We can only apologise for this, it is one of those unavoidable problems I suppose.

For now, the shop is open. Helen is guessing at prices and logging down all transactions on paper. We will enter the data manually later.

I'll keep you informed of what is happening.
