Dear All

Daffodil Weekend Tearoom rotas – 16th & 17th April 2016

From Friday 5th February the Daffodil Weekend tearoom rotas will be available in the Thriplow village shop. Please do go along and sign up for a tearoom session. There are a variety of times on offer, so hopefully something to suit you. We are also looking for a team leader for the village hall on the Sunday afternoon (1 pm through to the end of the day) – do either sign up on the rota or give Gill a call on 01763 209180.

The rotas are for:

Cricket Pavilion: Sunday only (the Saturday is already fully staffed)

Village Hall: Saturday & Sunday

For those who would prefer to help at the school, please get in touch with them directly. The school office number is: 01763 208213 or email: office@PROTECTED.

Thanks to the following who have already volunteered to be team leaders:

Cricket Pavilion:
Saturday, Lisa Turner
Sunday, Debbie Arbon and Janet Wynne

Village Hall:
Saturday, Julie Bloom and Wendy Mersh
Sunday, Angela Rimmer

As well as helping to raise money for our local organisations and charities, Daffodil Weekend is supporting Eddie’s, a local charity that has been supporting people with learning disabilities in Cambridgeshire for over ten years (www.eddies.org.uk). They used to be part of Cambridgeshire Mencap.

The Daffodil Weekend Committee would like to thank you for your support and do hope you will be able to offer your help at Thriplow’s 48th Daffodil Weekend.

Many thanks
Gill McDonnell
Daffodil Weekend Committee Member
