Subject: Village Message from Thriplow Parish Council
Date: February 23rd 2020

The Thriplow Parish Council Neighbourhood Plan group is mounting two consultation afternoons, the first in Thriplow Village Hall between 2 and 5 pm on Saturday, 29th February and the second in the Duxford Officers’ Mess, near Heathfield between 2 and 5 pm on Saturday, 7th March. Please do come along to spend a few minutes at one or other of them.

At the venue you will find various displays relevant to developing a Neighbourhood Plan including an explanation of why it helps to have one. You will see large display boards summarising the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT analyses) on various subjects including Amenities, Transport and Housing. These are very largely a reflection of the questionnaire results gathered from the community. Of course there are also suggestions made in response to the questionnaire results but no decisions have been made. This is a further chance to shape the Plan. There will be forms and stickers on which to make comments and suggestions. So please do come along.
