Village Message from Thriplow Parish Council

There will be an Extraordinary Parish Council Meeting in Thriplow Village Hall on Thursday the 22nd November at 7.30 pm to discuss the proposed development at Rectory Farm in Lower Street. Anyone wishing to view the application beforehand should go to the SCDC planning website and use the reference numbers to gain access. These numbers are S/3975/18/FL and S/3976/18/LB. The Thriplow Society has booked a guided tour of the Fitzwilliam Museum on Friday 16th November. There are still some places on the tour which is at 2pm and takes up to 20 people. Cost around £8 per person, depending on numbers We also plan to have lunch first at the Emmanuel Baptist Church cafe which is near the museum. Hi everyone, *_Have you planted any Daffodils this year? Please tell us about them_* I hope you agree we now have magnificent displays of daffodils around the village. The next part of the plan to make Thriplow the best village for daffodils is to increase the diversity of our daffodil types.
