First of all, an apology that the real deadline was Monday, but it is not too late to respond today.

 

It is so important you give your point of view now, because it will be too late to help the plan, if you object later on.

Otherwise print off the attachment below, get a paper one from village shop or from me (208 002) and give it to us or put it in at the village shop
