Call for Daffodil Weekend memorabilia The Thriplow Society has been asked to produce a book to celebrate the Golden Jubilee (50 years) of Daffodil Weekend in 2018. Does anyone have any old memorabilia, programmes, posters, photos etc? Can I borrow them? I will scan them and return them. All offers will be acknowledged. Also stories and memories; the more records and stories, the better the book. It is hoped that every household in Thriplow will receive a copy of the book. Here is our news for June... 1. Our AGM will be held on Thursday 2. We had a pretty good year in 2016 3. Alison is retiring as Treasurer 4. 150 Club winners 5. Air conditioning and chillers (again).... 1. We will hold the AGM for the TVSA organisation on Thursday this week (29th June) at 8pm in Thriplow Village Hall. If anyone wishes to see the singing group Semplice sing in St Mary’s Church, Saffron Walden, (after our performance here in Thriplow last October), we will be performing next week at lunchtime on Wednesday 14 June.
