Village Message about Yoga Classes

Hey potential yogis I'm really pleased to tell you that I'm now starting some yoga classes in Thriplow Village hall. It would be great if you could join me and enjoy the physical and emotional benefits of yoga. The classes will be based on a vinyasa flow practice using movement and music to guide the way. I'll be running two classes a week, one on a Monday morning at 9.30amand one on Wednesday evening at 7.30pm. Beginners and those with yoga experience welcome. Hello everyone Just to let you know what’s going on in the pub this weekend… you may well be in need of refreshment! Friday (today) open for food and drink as normal until 11pm.
