Again, we would all like to say a big, big, big thank you. We are overwhelmed with the response and support that we received this past week and I am truly grateful for it, so thank you. March 16th 2014

Hello everyone Tuesday sees a new beginning for the Green Man in Thriplow. We have terminated the lease of the former tenants - Murmur Ltd, run by Ben and Alex from The Hole in the Wall - and made an agreement with Sam Adams, their former manager of the Green Man, to take over. Sam will be bringing new chefs and menus to the pub and Diane will be back too. The new management will open for their first time on Tuesday lunchtime. The handover should be seamless but it will of course be busy for everyone in the early ...Continue Reading

Thank You A huge thank you from St George's Church to all who bought tickets for ' The Way Way Back ' which was screened at Thriplow School last night. The evening was great fun thanks to the wonderful support of the local community. The film brought laughter, a few tears and even an applause at the end. We are thrilled to announce that due to the generosity of all who supported the event we have raised just over £500 - a great amount, THANK YOU ALL. We look forward to having more Film Nights in the future an ...Continue Reading
